• All work performed will be billed at standard local rates with a two hour minimum labor plus any required materials.
• Individual submitting request or designee will be on site upon arrival of technician to review work to be performed.
• Work is authorized to be performed directly for the Company by a third party and facilitated by Live-Guard, LLC. Live-Guard, LLC assumes no responsibility or liabilities for the work or services of the third party.
